I actually had the oppisite, I hated the Kalyani bras as they looked pointed on me, and that isn't the shape i wanted, but each to their own. Perhaps curvy kate are better for a firmer bust. (i'm also a 32J but i'm 20 so it's pretty firm and doesn't need heaps of lift)

I have to say i love curvy kate, I have about 5 of their bras in a 32J and it's lovely, being only 20 it's hard to be put into grandma or pointy boob bras, but you never have that problem with curvy kate. Keep up the good work, perhaps a little bit larger in the show girl range, just need that one cup size more and i'll get into it :)

I'm new to the 'my bra actually fits' club. I live in America, where a 28FF is completely unheard of. I have purchased two Freya bra's, and they seem to fit me very well. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how a Curvy Kate bra fits as compared to a Freya as far as sizing goes? Thank you!!!!!

Thank you Anne for your feedback. As a brand we strive to meet our customers
needs and we carefully consider any comments we receive. We make every
effort to offer the best quality and support. We therefore are surprised
with your comments.

The Curvy Kate range has been developed over several years, working with
some of the best manufacturers and designers in the business. The product
has been tested with every size requirement in mind. As we have three retail
outlets it is very easy for us to test all of our products, from D cups to K
cups. In recent months we have changed the underwiring of Curvy Kate to
offer even more support and strengthened the back panel to increase the
comfort.

The Curvy Kate brand has remained our best seller for the last 18 months and
the J cups sells just as well as the smaller cups sizes with a very low
return rate.

It is very disappointing to hear this feedback but every woman's breast
shape is different and a person who may suit a Kalyani bra may be a very
different shape to a wearer of Panache, Freya or Curvy Kate. It is important
to find the right brand, cut and shape for you. As it is so difficult to
find small back sizes with larger cups, we really hope that through the
variety offered with Curvy Kate there will be a style that suites you and
supports you.

The fit of the bra is very important and can change the shape and feel of a
bra completely if done incorrectly. We do offer a guide online to help with
home fitting.

The Curvy Kate bras might be good for the "smaller" cup sizes (i.e. D-G) but they do nothing for my 32J boobs. The proportions of the cup to the back of the bra is all wrong (the cups are too wide and the the two cups together are wider than the band at the back), which makes the cups disappear around the sides of the body under my arms, which is very uncomfortable, impractical and unflattering. I suspect the design flaw is more apparent the larger the cup size and the smaller the back size, which is why the 32J doesn't work. Curvy Kate could learn a few lessons in design and proportion from Kalyani to bring everything up front where it should be.
