We love to hear about new brands and were delighted when Bras Without Wires landed in our mailbox. Here’s something a little bit different.
It does what it says on the tin. No wires, which makes it an idea post surgery bra where wires are not an option.
Founder of the brand Stephanie Devine told Lingerieblog.co.uk “Since being diagnosed with breast cancer almost ten years ago, and being unable to find a beautiful, cotton-lined, non-wired 34DD bra to wear through treatment, the search for the perfect non-wired bra has been nothing less than an obsession!”
” Unable to find one, I decided to make my own. Having worked on it for years whilst working part-time to fund it, Bras Without Wires found a backer last year and I’ve been full-time in it since then, designing and manufacturing our first bulk run, and launching online 5 weeks ago “.
The new collection fits 22 different sizes and is manufactured from Italian silks, French weaves and levers lace, all lined with Australian organic cotton. This is a quality, premium brand and the different styles make this pretty obvious. Our favourites are Annie Sparkles that is delightfully pretty and Annie Soir with its very French boudoir look.
