Darque & Edgy New Collection from Coquette

Coquette is famous for its bold and brassy lingerie and takes things one step further with Darque, an alternative and edgy collection.

Coquette’s Creative Director, Cindy Cipriano told Lingerieblog.co.uk, “We are taking a new direction with our Darque collection this year by releasing a catalogue entirely dedicated to these styles,”

“We usually feature our Darque styles as a supplement in our annual catalogues, but the response we have received for these particular styles warrant an entire book.”

The Darque collection for 2011 features 16 new seductive styles using classic PVC and wet look materials mixed with lace and satin ribbons to add a delicate mainstream appeal to the line.

Coquette’s National Sales Manager, Dave George, told us, “Right now you see a lot of extreme fashion seen with Lady Gaga and other celebrities wearing wet look pieces and lingerie as outerwear. Since this edgy look is so in style, the general public is looking to create their interpretations of this trend.”

Darque is released on March 28th at the International Lingerie Show in Las Vegas, Coquette.
