Multi Plunge by Wonderbra Wear Test Review
Initial thoughts
When I first took the Multi Plunge bra out of its box I thought, “Oh my the cups look a strange shape”… Well at least compared to most bras I wear. They’re not that strange of course but they look a little long, is the best way I can describe them, not very high up the breast in the middle but it’s comfortable and you can wear it so many different ways with so many outfits.
Fit and Shape
As I said before the cups seem to be a completely different shape to any other bra but that doesn’t mean its a bad fitting bra, just different. As for the shape as a whole its good, you can re position the straps even when wearing it as a normal bra to help with the fit. I do have issues with regarding the fit in that it needs a little adjustment throughout the day if I’m bending and stretching a lot or walking the dog.
Comfort
Yes it’s comfortable, suitable for wearing for most occasions including work and its supportive too, which is always a plus with multi-way bras. The cups feel good on your skin so no worries of any rubbing, and the light padding is comfortable while helping to keep the natural shape of your boobs and it doesn’t make you hot either. The extra boost padding at the bottom of the cups gives a little boost too.
Materials & Durability
The fabric is good quality and also smooth lined so you don’t get lines or anything showing through no matter what you wear. The fact that you get extra straps and they’re made from good fabrics is a real plus as there’s nothing worse than cheap straps that dig in. The low back converter strap is very comfortable and made from an elasticised smooth fabric that doesn’t pinch or squeeze when you’re moving around.
Design and Style
The overall design is good and the shape is good considering all the ways the straps can be worn on this bra and how many outfits it will go with. The Low back converter strap isn’t adjustable which personally I’d want it to be as it could stretch over time and this would be a shame as it’s quite comfortable. The normal straps are thin but this is not an issue with regarding their fit and they’re fully adjustable, as for the halter-neck strap, yes its fully adjustable but its a little short and pulls your head down even when fully extended.
Conclusion
This truly is a very versatile bra and it helps to not have to buy lots of bras for different outfits which is great but as I’ve said there’s room for improvement in some areas. Certainly a good investment considering it can be worn in so many different ways, especially for party season!
