Russian Undies To Hit The UK

Russian underwear giant Wild Orchid are planning a series of stores in the UK with the first opening at the Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent. They plan to open more stores including one in Oxford Street, London.

Wild Orchid is a monster retailer with 216 stores throughout Russian and the Ukraine. Their brands include Wild Orchid, Vendetta, Bustier and Decollette and cater for most pocket sizes.

The new store in Kent will stock the main Wild Orchid brands but will also include the likes of Christian Lacroix, Roberto Cavalli, Dior and Alberta Feretti.

Alexander Fedorov, president of Wild Orchid Group, says “The UK is one of the most dynamic lingerie markets and we are very excited about the opportunity to build on the success that Wild Orchid has achieved in Russia”

Expect stores to open by the end of the year (2007).
