    Ordered 10 items 3 weeks ago, all stated as in stock.
    Received 3, 1 was faulty, contacted them, they asked me to return & promised to refund together with my postage cost, returned immediately. After contacting them for a week, they finally replied saying the refund has been completed but after waiting for another week nothing appeared on my account.
    7 are still pending, contacted them many times to cancel the pending items, they never replied since then. £190.06 of refund is still pending.
